We have ongoing issues with Octotel, can you give me your ticket number so we can include it in our escalation?
If it's relative to your line then moving provider wont realistically help, so best we push for resolution from the fibre provider.
To be honest, I'm tired of the backwards and forwards between host and provider, this isn't my problem to solve, you're both providing services we pay for. Not ranting at you specifically, I do appreciate your assistance, so frustrated at the moment.
