Also looks to be in France, so could be metro issues which is the same as Blizzard, not much we can do at this point but drop peers and test.

Have found something will update shortly.

For now yes, they are working on the portal to do so.

The one entered into with you guys regarding router provision and line rental on my behalf, or have I misinterpreted how things work? If so am I able to change provider once the previous line has been released?
We don't have contracts? Just a calendar months notice period.

Our terms are month to month with only a calendar months notice required.

What was the issue?
AWS switched routes to our secondary port on LINX again which is just a 1G backup port so it was saturated, but Blizzard shouldn't be using that port, I imagine they have some route stickyness if it was affecting Blizzard stuff.

With loadshedding starting again I purchased a UPS a month back to keep my CPE & Modem up. The UPS lasts fine during loadshedding, but lately after the power comes back on my connection drops. I've left it for a while, but it does not recover. Then eventually after I reboot the modem it comes back up again. I have noticed that the CPE blue light is flashing during this phase.
Anybody else having this issue. It did not do this in the beginning. Only the last two loadshedding events.

I'm CPT, Durbanville, Vuma trenched.

Was getting some packet loss earlier to EU Valorant servers and also twitch buffering, was about to post but it seems to be fixed now. Don't know if you guys did anything but thanks!
