@PBCool the CISP website is giving an error on the Application form at URL:

The form fails to load in both Goofle Chrome and Microdoft Edge - just a grey background with the error message:

form.myjotform.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Is there something wrong with the normal workflow via the main page? Having someone checkout this form.

@PBCool Sorry to bother. Did you manage to have a look at this? Still no update from yesterday on that upgrade ticket.

I did strange you haven't had an update yet, checking again.

I must say I'm happy to be a cool ideas customer today, even though FrogFoot's network in PE is broken today, and I'm averaging ~100ms to CISP's access router, I am still able to get my full 20/20 to London the whole day and able to watch twitch without buffering while people on other ISPs in PE are struggling.
The TCP accelerators clearly make a big difference

So Vumatel doesn't have your address on their side, hence the need for photos of the CPE. From here we will have our Vumatel AM manually create, we should hopefully get you up from there.

New process from Vumatel is quite a bit of back and forth.

Nagging suspicion that I broke this myself, since it was working fine until I did a firmware update

Restarted router and ONT but no luck

Nope, running an Asus router with the Merlin firmware

I have the same issue after restarting the router for port forwarding. Having issues with authentication and unable to reset the password.
