Just wanted say thanks to the Cool Ideas support team which have been super so far - started with intermittent drops which was initially suspected to be the network provider but, on some further sleuth work by the support team it has now been traced to a faulty router. A new one, which is being supplied free of charge, was arranged immediately and was handed over to the courier same day!

This is the kind of service that gives that warm fuzzy feeling! :p

Also experiencing intermittent 100% packet loss every now and then for a few seconds at a time. Frogfoot, Cape Town.

I don't know if it is only I, but I am starting to miss the Telkom best effort service. Downtime, at the most inconvenient times, nowadays are a internet experience killer. Are it the FNOs?
