Good Morning Guys...am moving at month end, to an Octotel fiber network complex, however the unit is not linked ...the tenant stayed on ADSL. Nikita (she is a Star) advised that I would need to apply for a new install at the new address. My problem is that since yesterday the CI sign-up page Fiber map says “
this page cannot load Google maps correctly”....so I could not proceed. Checking availability on Octotel website gives me the thumbs up... Any idea "

I have since received communication from Nasreem that if I am not able to access Google Maps on the website to make the new application, to provide her with my new address so that accounts can verify if there is service there and that they in turn would send me the application to complete & also the offers available to choose from. I have received No reply...and I am concerned that this install may not get done in time..I believe some take up to 3 weeks...so will need to get the ball rolling now if I want the service available at month end. Please follow up
