Hello,

I moved over from frogfoot to openserve in Lynnwood pretoria today! Could not get frogfoot to sort out packet loss on the line hence the move....

I have both lines active till the end of the month!

Any tests somebody want me to run :) Not everyday you have two fibre providers active at the same house !

Ok please test again for me this evening, we are hoping this is now resolved.
I am personally still seeing frequent spikes in game, the Interpolation Delay which normally stays on 20ms fluctuates constantly and sometimes spikes up to 24ms...

On Warp this stays on 20ms and all my other friends theirs does not move off 20ms either, spoke to two other guys on CISP as well and same thing fluctuates all the time, during the day its stable.

EDIT: Using NORDVPN shows same result as Warp

I would say the same as yesterday, one thing i notice is during the evenings ping generally increases by around 5-10ms

When i let an MTR run, i hit London 141/142 for a bit then it goes up to around 150 for a few seconds then back to 141's and it seems to go in a cycle like that

Hi @PBCool

Are there any issues you are aware of?
My line was terribly slow @ 0.91 (I have a 10 down), and I decided to reboot the hardware, as that solved the issue in the past.

After reboot, I am no longer connected to the internet. All the lights are on, but no internet access

Should I log a call for this?

Seems to have come right for me - was experiencing some issues on Openserve in Morningside, Durban.

Yeah same network, we have quite a few complaints. We have escalated with them.
