It appears to be related to a CPT-JHB issue, or Seacom. Trying to narrow it down.

If it helps when running Warp+ (which uses SEACOM) get full line speed and ping is normal

So, it appears that Internet Solutions have major problems tonight.

So we are now on our backup-backup path.

Unfortunately, this will not amount to a fantastic experience, but it's definately better than it was earlier tonight. We will await IS engineers' resolution and switch back to that capacity when it improves.
