I don't think it is a lack of the TCP accelerator as I got decent results before the accelerator was implemented in Cape Town.

Would either be packet loss or the IS transit, PM me your IP.

We use their boardrooms every couple months and since about last year July odd i have always checked and its been Cool Ideas, we were on the wifi so speeds were limited

Yes, co-working and wifi needs a large hammer to make people behave.

i just got make from a mates place trying to help him fix "we can receive but can't send email" problem.

they had telkom adsl internet, now openserve fibre with cool ideas, they've kept their telkom email address.

i googled and found some info, followed all the steps, test settings, complete ok.

send mail to myself, goes into outbox then sent items. mail never arrives.

test settings again, fail, no response smtp server. close outlook, open again, test settings ok, send mail, no mail arrives, goes into a black hole somewhere. managed to get 1 message through out of 10.
i told them its kuk telkom server and they should get gmail.

The GMAIL connector for outlook is kuk. #justsaying

Same here, sometimes a message pops up about Microsoft Exchange connection lost, and then again when it is established.

I'm sure WACS will do some soak testing but once the light travels all the way we'll be able to instantly switch back.
