Something is stuck at 10Mbps negotiation so check cables and nics , typically router ont or router device.

What do you mean by this? It was flying yesterday. Just shut down router and pc and rebooted. Same thing. Reboot (power off) everything?

Used to have Vumatel 200 / 200, then moved to 1000 / 100 but consistently would only get 100 download speeds international, so moved back to 200 / 200, where I would then get 200 meg download speeds consistently.

See comments lately that the 1000 is not restricted internationally so not sure when that changed, so looking at changing again to 1000 / 200, but wanted to check other experiences on international, as long as getting at least 200 download speeds then it is still worth while, as don't want to keep changing.

My 1000/200 has consistently outperformed my previous 200/200, but international download speed has ranged from 500 to around 750 (speeds measured by the router, cabled) - it's never been close to 1000. But the average increase is still enough for me not to want to downgrade back to 200/200.

Check what your devices are negotiated at, basically swapping cables is quite easy but make sure everything is 1Gbps vs 100 or 10Mbps.

Any known issues going on in century city or at Century City Connect?

All lights on the ONT and on the wifi router lights are green. I've rebooted the latter to no avail. Any suggestions?

Seems like some websites are not working, can you check if something like Instagram and WhatsApp is working for you? It is for me, but YouTube / google etc is not

Hey @PBCool do we have to do anything on our side for the upgrades to take effect (1st July 2021 bump) my line is to move from 50/5 to 50/50 but i notice im still on the 50/5 package.

Anybody in the Westrand (JHB) on Vuma Aerial been bumped yet?

Same my side I upgraded from. 200/200 to 1000/200 - rebooted my ONT after I got a ticket confirmation from Cool ideas support and the download is now correct at 1000 but my upload is still stuck at 100

Got a Tplink archer C20 from Coolideas. I can't seem to upgrade my firmware. Downloaded all the V4 firmware from tplink website but it gives an error code
