Nah typically those sort of changes wouldnt create flaps.

My upload speed is still the same more or less. I was on 100/10, but should now be 100/100. Was it supposed to have been changed yet?

Yeah we're seeing the same this side, Rx extremely low While tx remains normal.

There is upcoming maintenance taking place tonight to hopefully resolve their issues.

Nah MFN is straightforward layer2 so would need to switch vlans to switch ISPs unfortunately.
