Also, must compliment one of your support guys (Wolfgang, will PM surname if you want it). He was diligent, professional and helpful when getting a repair done by OpenServe. My fibre line came loose from the pole due to my back neighbour's tree.

I currently have a free 10Mbps Clear Access package on their infrastructure. (It's some deal that they worked out with the complex.) Thing is, I want out and am definitely coming over to you guys to get a 20 or 50Mbps package.
My question relates to the router. The router that you will provide me with is the TP-Link Archer C20. Thing is, I have a thing for Tenda routers and want to know if I can use the Tenda AC8 on your network?

Over the last month or so I noticed the pings for PUBG on PC to the AWS servers in EU being erratic. With that I mean that some servers now gives much higher pings that what we are used to. Normally it's +150 -160ms from CPT.
However as said it seems that some new servers got spun up or they moved some, since some servers we play on give us +- 190-200ms pings, which is not nice.
I'm not sure if the change is due tothe IPs being routed via AWS themselves or not, but I guess so.
I have monitored some IPS with Netlimiter and found a few examples of IPs that isn't playing nice.
35.158.107.168 - ec2-35-158-107-168.eu-central-1.compute.amazonaws.com
I noticed JHB is in the mix here as well.
18.184.168.177 - ec2-18-184-168-177.eu-central-1.compute.amazonaws.com
Seems like the JHB routing is causing the extra ms

More than welcome to use your own router. Simply select the option "I have a router" when signing up.

Difference between Frogfoot and Openserve in Lynnwood Pretoria.
Took this sample on my router over the last 24 hours. It is always worse during peek times. Have a look at the blue loss line.....
Happy that i moved over to openserve.
