It's happening to everyone in the area know at least 4 others in that area all having the same issues and 3 are different isps

I did a hard reboot on all my equipment for the second time and it seems to be happy now (touch wood). Hope it lasts.

Yup seems we're all in this cruddy boat. What monitoring app are you using?

I use the free version of Ping Plotter. Thinking of buying it (it's about R600 for a once off license) so I can work around the 10 minute limit. I've used it a fair amount so should probably just buy it.

PRTG is free for 50 or 100 nodes. A bit overkill for just plotting pings, but handy for just running all the time.

I have tried to install this many years ago but couldn't get it set up. They have really made it much easier to get going, with the auto discovery etc.

It is tedious, but once you get the hang, it is nice.

I mainly have pings and DNS tests setup as well as SNMP for router ports.

Hello,

Anything happened to the network? I have 160 ms ping + to local servers. It started about 20 mins ago?

I restarted my router and its still going? Is it just me ?

Can we try something other than those two providers, it's possible their caches lost connectivity and will route international for a while.

Thanks, that latency is originating within Openserves network so something funky. Will try get some feedback.
