That traceroute looks fine, but unfortunately without knowing which server your game is connecting to it's hard to figure anything else out. Going from 4 to 20 sounds like you connecting to a CT server all of a sudden. When I played BF3 and BF4 we had CT & JHB serversIt's all local servers for BF5.
