That traceroute looks fine, but unfortunately without knowing which server your game is connecting to it's hard to figure anything else out. I can ask one of our tech's with a PS to test if you can tell me which game you're finding this latency in.

No I am sure he means the precise Battlefield 5 server. The IP address or DNS name neither of which are generally that easy to discover.

Going from 4 to 20 sounds like you connecting to a CT server all of a sudden. When I played BF3 and BF4 we had CT & JHB servers
