Yes I'm aware it may be an Octotel problem limited to me, if no other customers are affected, but I just need to know if it is as soon as possible. There's 6 days left till month end and the potential to put in notice period for cancellation. I had the same issues with RSAWeb so it likely is. I just want to know if you are able to fix it or not - on your side or Octotel's side. Nobody in Cool Ideas support seems to know what the problem is or how to fix it. This is only traffic one way the traffic coming back could have loss.I don't understand how I can lose 235 packets in 6 minutes in-game (packet loss spikes incoming and outgoing), yet the traceroute to the direct server IP shows no issues? Same packet loss when connected directly to ONT/no other devices.
No packets lost on the same device but on a different connection (Telkom/Openserve).

Just saw the Valorant screenshot as well, i have been playing a bit of Valorant and no issues, this traffic is all Amazon so your issues are also local since they pickup our traffic in CTI don't understand how I can lose 235 packets in 6 minutes in-game (packet loss spikes incoming and outgoing), yet the traceroute to the direct server IP shows no issues? yeah, they are happening again tonight, was fine all day otherwise.The MFN disconnects are really fun! Guessing it will only be resolved at some point hopefully this week
