The disconnects are still taking place for me, seems a bit less frequent compared to yesterday evening. Some friends in the are that are with other ISP's does not seem to be affected by this.
Is on MFN.

Yes affecting a chunk of MFN customers as can be seen on this thread, as mentioned previously. MFN and other FNOs interface with us the same way IE if the issues are limited to a single FNO it is typically that FNO having the problem.

Same as we had in the past with Octotel as an example, even if other ISPs aren't experiencing the same.

I will push for more feedback this am, and apologies for the frustration with this.

Who do we contact to re-connect / repair fibre line..builders broke line coming into the ONT . FNO is Octotel. Area is Westbeach CT

Log a ticket with your ISP as line down, state damage, let them liaise with FNO for repairs. There may be costs associated for repairs so expect that.

Hi sorry to hear that, if it was something to do with us then it would affect all customers typically. Let me see what is going on.
Yes I'm aware it may be an Octotel problem limited to me, if no other customers are affected, but I just need to know if it is as soon as possible. There's 6 days left till month end and the potential to put in notice period for cancellation. I had the same issues with RSAWeb so it likely is. I just want to know if you are able to fix it or not - on your side or Octotel's side. Nobody in Cool Ideas support seems to know what the problem is or how to fix it. All I know is it's not my devices, cables or routers - for reasons mentioned in my last post.

Thanks for looking into it, keen to hear your results...

I don't understand how I can lose 235 packets in 6 minutes in-game (packet loss spikes incoming and outgoing), yet the traceroute to the direct server IP shows no issues? Same packet loss when connected directly to ONT/no other devices.
No packets lost on the same device but on a different connection (Telkom/Openserve).

This is only traffic one way the traffic coming back could have loss.

We have an Octotel business line, and my traceroutes are clean as well but performance is so bad...

I am with RSAWEB at work and our 50/50 line doesn't even get 25/25 international and everything is just slow and laggy compared to my home Vumatel line

Just saw the Valorant screenshot as well, i have been playing a bit of Valorant and no issues, this traffic is all Amazon so your issues are also local since they pickup our traffic in CT

The MFN disconnects are really fun! Guessing it will only be resolved at some point hopefully this week
