I don't understand how I can lose 235 packets in 6 minutes in-game (packet loss spikes incoming and outgoing), yet the traceroute to the direct server IP shows no issues? Same packet loss when connected directly to ONT/no other devices.
No packets lost on the same device but on a different connection (Telkom/Openserve).

Everything routing via CPT now to JHB, it is the best mix of performance we can get until Carrier fixes, apologies.

No internet in Stellenbosch on Frogfoot trenched. Restarting ONT and router does not restore internet. All lights on the ONT are on.

Basically the same issue my side. Spotless traceroutes, but packet loss in-game (although I have spikes of both incoming and outgoing packet loss). It's definitely Octotel and sadly there doesn't seem to be much we can do about it. I'm waiting patiently for Openserve to roll out in my area.
