Just got off the phone with tech support CoolIdeas.
Apparently I am the only guy experiencing international issues.

So it's a case of a problem not logged is not a problem at all.

So please guys - if you experiencing this international issue - open a ticket - seems that one or 2 is nothing to worry about

It must be either your Lines, FNO, Area or Region specific.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with international for me.

The disconnect happens at the server / service you are connecting too.
JHB takes a different path than CPT to reach WACS, so there must be something wrong with that route specifically, which would affect all regions that route through JHB to reach international servers (eg. KZN).

Been running it for a while now, and only hop 9 and 11 throws errors and disconnects. That is not on CISP controlled part of the route.

Fiber just died in Brackenfell, CPT northern suburbs and Vuma Trenched. CPE restart has made no difference

jannier are you affected as well?

PBCool TheRoDent any notices?

@PBCool @TheRoDent I stumbled upon the fact that some of my games that connect to Bahrain now have in the region of 130-160 ping. Guess this has something to do with AWS... anyway, I was wondering if you guys can do anything to stabilise the latency? It's AMAZING being able to get 130 ping but unfortunately it's not super stable and while I don't get packet loss, eliminating the fluctuating ping would be great.
