I am also struggling with now.dstv.com - I can reach it but nothing plays and Pingplotter shows

When I switch on VPN I get picture and sound and Pingplotter shows

Do the following, force your PC to use the default CISP DNS IP's like this,
Then Flush your DNS cache and test again.
