I applied for an upgrade to 100/100 last month, on the 8th of the month somewhere I think.
The upgrade I think actually happened 2 maybe 3 maybe 4 days later, can't remember. Today I was charged still for the old 50/50 package. COOL-20220508-929159

Good grief, so thankful that I have Openserve as an FNO. Seems like FF is down every now and again, even here in Bloem, people also complaining on a regular basis of their net either being slow / offline - all of them are on FF too.

I've lost connectivity twice that I'm aware of today in the last 4 hours, first time was only down for a few minutes. Not sure how long the current outage will last.
