I'm not having any issues been playing every night. You were right about that bug, was on that same horrible Amsterdam server last night I was fine and now my friend on Web Africa was crippled... other then that bug I've seen no loss at all.Things were rock solid yesterday, but I'm getting crazy amounts of packet loss in Apex today. Zero on MTR as usual.

Aren't you with Octotel? My Octotel at work has been horrible recently
This looks like the classic bandwidth congestion in your area. The FNO is running out of capacity and your area needs an upgrade.Packet loss in full swing tonight again, jitter started going crazy after 6pm and now the loss just started. This seems to be happening more often now, do I need to log a fault to make Vuma aware of this?

Possible, but my router, (the TP-Link AC750 that CoolIdeas gave me), does not see to have that option.I don't know, if it is Vodacom level or at your Router that ICMP is blocked at Firewall?
EDIT: it is your router that is blocking Ping/ICMP at the firewall or a setting you can enable or disable.
I just tested now and when I block it on my router I see the same message.
So enable Ping/ICMP on your router as a setting normally in the firewall section.
Watching Twitch for the past like 35-40 minutes and its been perfect :|I'm guessing the France IX peering is up again? Twitch is now buffering, so had a look and see it's being served from video-edge-046ca4.cdg10.abs.hls.ttvnw.net (cdg being Charles De Gaulle/Paris) once again... as opposed to the lhr** range. Is there no way to engineer or steer twitch video CDN traffic?
Hit and miss for me...for some reason when it's served from Paris I can watch Asmongold just fine, but ZA streamers buffer constantly. London seems to work better for both. Not sure what to make of it, it doesn't really make sense, as location and ingest shouldnt matter since video content is served equally via CDN :/Watching Twitch for the past like 35-40 minutes and its been perfect :|
Yes I am awaiting feedback from them on thisPacket loss in full swing tonight again, jitter started going crazy after 6pm and now the loss just started. This seems to be happening more often now, do I need to log a fault to make Vuma aware of this?

MTU is a thing that shouldn't have to be tweaked, but when it does have to be it shouldn't be tweaked further. If a service is down completely MTU wouldn't be the cause.Possible, but my router, (the TP-Link AC750 that CoolIdeas gave me), does not see to have that option.
Thanks anyway.
Just throwing some ideas, but is the router at his house accepting ICMP?Hi @PBCool , can you have a look at #COOL-20220420-917166 for me please?
One of my colleagues has CISP at home and we have CISP at work... yet he cannot connect to or ping the office IP from his house, not vice versa.
I have CISP at home as well and can ping/VPN/RDP into my office just fine.
Trace from my office to his house:

Your team have provided a "work around" from home to office but it's not ideal.
Thanks!
Yep, I can ping his house from my house.Just throwing some ideas, but is the router at his house accepting ICMP?
Who is the provider FNO at the house. It might be that he's on CGNAT.Yep, I can ping his house from my house.
CISP support gave him a 100.100.x.x address to VPN to as a workaround but it only allows for connectivity from home to work and not vice versa. Bit strange that one can't get from Cool Ideas to Cool Ideas.
Vuma trenched. No CGNAT as I can reach his house, view his CCTV cameras with a DST-NAT rule on his MikroTik, etc from my house.Who is the provider FNO at the house. It might be that he's on CGNAT.
