Hard to diagnose without some additional debug info. My Gdrive seems to work 100's.

Can you check with Resource Monitor and find an IP that Gdrive is uploading to? And a traceroute to it ?

Could also be related to DNS settings that determines your selection of Google cluster ?

We aren't aware of any specific peering bottlenecks, other than Google's general capacity issues over the past few months at NAPAfrica Joburg.

Good day, Please can you let me know if the following is possible, we have a customer with a DNA Tel Fibre using another ISP, they are complaining about performance on the link. We suspect a possible ISP issue, is it possible to get a test Cool Ideas account (we are happy to pay for it) and have the line provisioned to work with both ISP's so we can swap between them and test and then swap back?

Unfortunately with DNATel you cant just switch accounts to test with, they would need to switch.

Valorant: Ping is 200ms to London, still get packet loss.
And I also got disconnected twice in one match (the second time the ping spiked from 60 lost to 1300 lost in about 5 seconds, then I got DC'd. Rejoined and packet loss went from 0-497 pretty quickly.
Will look again tonight when there's more congestion.
Far less loss using Warp with Wireguard.

What is that device at hop 2? (192.168.0.1) Because that is where the loss is generated from the looks.
Nah RIOT servers can't be pinged last hop is a none responding server.

Direct peer is at hop 8 and then after that it goes in Eskom loadshedding

Main router, first is DHCP AP because I'm too dumb to setup proper bridge mode with Mikrotik. I can bypass it if need be but that's not the issue surely, only started using it recently, had this packet loss for months.
