Thanks

Was aware of it being extended. Was trying to find out if it will be permanent after the promotion ends and if there will be new packages with better pricing but unfortunately I have already cancelled my service :X3:

Would love to stay but financially it make more sense for me to move so be it if the service is not like CISP just have to live with it. 36 days left hopefully there is feedback before then :)

Any one experiencing issues with no connectivity in Fish Hoek?

Been down from about 12.30pm. We do have laodshedding in the area, and my ONT and router are on battery backup and connected.
Just no Internet connection.

Frogfoot, trenched.

Hi CISP peeps, for the last few weeks I've sporadically been experiencing web pages not loading correctly, then I have to hit refresh to get them to load properly. How do I pinpoint where the issue lies? I'm in century city (CPT) via century city connect AFAIK.

Sounds like an MTU issue possibly?

Try run this:

And see if it matches your router's MTU setting?

It's not possible to make it permanent unfortunately with Vumatel then switching back to their regular rates post promo we would be selling the service at below cost.
