Hi, Which router are you using?
AC750 Wireless Dual Band Router |
Model No. Archer C20 |
Sounds like an MTU issue possibly?
Try run this:
MTU test - LetMeCheck.it
Online MTU test allows you to test the maximum MTU size from our host to your destination.www.letmecheck.it
And see if it matches your router's MTU setting?
From the tests we did, we can assume that 709 bytes is the largest unfragmented packet
size. The MTU size would be 737, made up from 709 payload and 28 ICMP/IP Headers
and payload information.
The current maximum payload size is not divisible by 8.
The actual size of the payload (data) will be limited to: 704
The maximum MTU size for 155.93.249.[removed] is: 737
NB: The Internet Protocol requires that hosts must be able to process IP datagrams of at least
576 bytes (for IPv4) or 1280 bytes (for IPv6)
That's bizarre do you have another device to test with?

I did a MyBB speedtest (via cable on my pc) on the AC750 Wireless Dual Band Router - Archer C20, not good, I am on a 20mbps down 10mbps up line:

Edit: 35 min later during load shedding on my phone via WiFi, MyBB speed test is now OK.
Getting 20mbps down and 9.98mbps up.
Line looks quite lossy?Oddly fast.com is returning fine speed-wise, but speedtest.net to CISP server

Yip, I am the same, In sunningdale, Frogfoot (as usual) and cant do any work! Its so frustrating.Sunningdale, Tableview , getting 0.3 MB speed on 200mb line Frogfoot.
Anyone else in the area?
Should be sorted now.@PBCool , could you please look into or escalate #COOL-20210617-706019? The upgrade to 1000/200 requested there was actioned (and no change is being requested now), but the package upgrade still lists as "pending" - so if I did want to upgrade/downgrade, I would not be able to do so.
Thanks! Looks like it is resolved (on my side, it's showing simply "active", rather than "pending").Should be sorted now.
