Hi, Which router are you using?
AC750 Wireless Dual Band Router
Model No. Archer C20

Sounds like an MTU issue possibly?

Try run this:

And see if it matches your router's MTU setting?

Thanks, results as follows:

From the tests we did, we can assume that 709 bytes is the largest unfragmented packet
size. The MTU size would be 737, made up from 709 payload and 28 ICMP/IP Headers
and payload information.

The current maximum payload size is not divisible by 8.
The actual size of the payload (data) will be limited to: 704

The maximum MTU size for 155.93.249.[removed] is: 737

NB: The Internet Protocol requires that hosts must be able to process IP datagrams of at least
576 bytes (for IPv4) or 1280 bytes (for IPv6)

That's bizarre do you have another device to test with?
I will have to see if i can setup my old TL-WR840N but load shedding is hitting me in 30 minutes.

I did a MyBB speedtest (via cable on my pc) on the AC750 Wireless Dual Band Router - Archer C20, not good, I am on a 20mbps down 10mbps up line:

Edit: 35 min later during load shedding on my phone via WiFi, MyBB speed test is now OK.

Getting 20mbps down and 9.98mbps up.

Yes what I mean by another device isn't the router but more PC etc. So see if there is a difference between the phone and PC.

Good Day, our network connectivity went down in Brackenhurst, Alberton on Saturday night. All the network lights are ON, but there is no Internet. Other users in the area are reporting the same problem on our community WhatsApp group.
My Ref# is COOL22938.

@PBCool @Seeyou got exact same router and mtu as @StrontiumDog . My mtu test result was different.

Sending 32 bytes to 41.115.Hidden.hidden <- NO REPLY!

We are unable to test this host or IP.
Most likely ICMP traffic to that host or IP is not allowed or the host or IP is invalid.

@PBCool , could you please look into or escalate #COOL-20210617-706019? The upgrade to 1000/200 requested there was actioned (and no change is being requested now), but the package upgrade still lists as "pending" - so if I did want to upgrade/downgrade, I would not be able to do so.

Should be sorted now.
