There is something not right with the pings to america.

I get a constant ping to usa of 228 when pinging from my vps.
But on my fibre its flapping between 253 and 405 everytime i run a ping test.

Thats amazon picked up locally here
Then why has the ping worsened and there is flapping since they made the changes - but I don't have those issues when I run the tests from another network.

Off another network

Having ping issues with Valorant to London (170+ms) and Bahrain (280ms) for the last week or more maybe.
Tried Wireguard warp + Cool Ideas UK VPN - no difference.

AWS route to Bahrain has been down so that's why it's 280 they in charge of that

We won't be fine tuning routes the day after making major changes unfortunately.
Any idea when you will be able to make changes? International latency has increased by 20-50ms across the board and some servers like this i3D Amsterdam server now have over 300ms.

Not only does this significantly impact gaming but this also means I can't connect to any EU servers on Escape From Tarkov because they have a latency limit of 175ms which I was barely able to reach with the previous transit provider. They have a big update coming this month and I would like to at least be able to play it.

Hi, I had a look, it isn't copy paste answers we logged the fault with the FNO accordingly. MFN actually have a 5 working day SLA. Until that lapses we can't escalate as an ISP.
Hi,

Thanks for taking a look.

The thing is that when I have called MFN directly (out of frustration), they were not aware of any faults reported on my line. They could not pick up the fault ref provided to me. MFN promptly done troubleshooting on their side and a technician visited me the following day.

It is just frustrating that I have reported a problem to you (my ISP), received no meaningful response other than "we following up..." but at the end had to contact MFN myself to actually get my service operational.

I reported the line speed is incorrect, again no action until I got CoolChick involved.

Why do I have to contact you guys on MyBroadBand for assistance, instead of your support department just attending to the issues properly?

You guys have always been awesome but if feels like service is starting to lack.

PS: My line is still crawling at around 4Mbps. Had to switch to LTE to get work done.
