Latency is 177ms from JHB via New transit, so something wack with Cogent clearly.

If you look at the trace cogent is taking it to JFK and then SAO so its going minimum to AmericaLatency is 177ms from JHB via New transit, so something wack with Cogent clearly.
Yeah, that AS peers at LINX so we will be able to use LINX as well.If you look at the trace cogent is taking it to JFK and then SAO so its going minimum to America

Hi Blaine. As discussed - line is up and running. I have also responded on the ticket.
Drop me a PM with the destination and I'll check it out for you. Then why has the ping worsened and there is flapping since they made the changes - but I don't have those issues when I run the tests from another network.
Off another network

AWS route to Bahrain has been down so that's why it's 280 they in charge of thatHaving ping issues with Valorant to London (170+ms) and Bahrain (280ms) for the last week or more maybe.
Tried Wireguard warp + Cool Ideas UK VPN - no difference.

Any idea when you will be able to make changes? International latency has increased by 20-50ms across the board and some servers like this i3D Amsterdam server now have over 300ms.We won't be fine tuning routes the day after making major changes unfortunately.

Hi,Hi, I had a look, it isn't copy paste answers we logged the fault with the FNO accordingly. MFN actually have a 5 working day SLA. Until that lapses we can't escalate as an ISP.
