I'm in the West Rand as well and yesterday I had 4 disconnect and every time I report it I get a standard copy/paste reply that does nothing to solve the issue.

Vumatel technicians have been here multiple time. Tested the line, replaced the ONT and tested the lines going out of complex ad still nothing has changed.
Yeah it does not seem to be unique to us, i have a friend up the road that recently signed up with Coll Ideas and he also seems to be impacted by the constant disconnects.

+1 for this, these disconnects in the West Rand are really starting to get much now!

Every time i log a ticket, support will call and tell me there is nothing wrong, and my line has been stable for the entire time.

I logged another request on Friday, and support said "Yes, there was an outage in your area, but it has been fixed"

Then i had issues on Saturday (around 4 disconnects while i was at home) A couple disconnects yesterday, so whatever the issue is, it has definitely not been resolved.
Will you update your ticket with as much and let me know the ref? Vumatel Villages has had ongoing issues with their backhaul provider.

It is pretty much all on Vumatel Villages, other networks don't have that issue. It's been an ongoing thing.

Thanks @PBCool to be honest, I just needed to know that its being looked at, and that there is an actual known issue.

It's a duplicate packet, see it goes icmp_seq=1 and then it's 1 again followed by DUP.

Two devices replied with a result.

Anyone else experiencing just atrocious ping and connectivity to Blizzard EU? Constant disconnects and timeouts. Also in Openserve so unsure if it’s related to the earlier discussion
