Loads of loss, if it's worse at peak times then my guess is backhaul or OLT congestion. What is your support ref?

Yeah so it's an MTU setting you need to change. I think it's MSS clamping and you need to disable it. Other members can probably chime in.
I've disabled the mss clamping, still the same. Do I need to perhaps change something else

It's been useless for a while now. Is this a problem on CISP's side.

If I use a VPN it seems to be fine.
I think Google are still experiencing some troubles as reported by other ISPs as well, seems for pretty random content.

Yeah I saw some posts but didn't quite understand where it can be solved or managed. Only saw some posts from Afrihost who keep making changes on their end, but then it started happening to me, which is CISP/Metro Fibre.

Using a UK VPN (Private Internet Access) on my PC and Mobile seem to work fine.

Seems to be new content. Videos that have been up a few hours or longer are fine, videos in the last hour buffer endlessly or just don't play at all.

Does anyone know the IP ranges / domains to re-route and the destinations to use the UK Youtube servers? Would like to test what effect that has without having to use a VPN.

Also experiencing intermittent Youtube buffering for the past 2-3 weeks.

Never used to have this issue before.

Loss to multiple Apex servers in EU. Seems intermittent, but consistently been happening all day. Southern Suburbs, Octotel. uktest.cisp is mostly clear, left it running for a while:

@TheRoDent any idea why Vuma would take a week to order the line under ticket COOL-20221228-1095145?

There is already an ONT installed, Fibre used to come to the apartment ect and the line was only "ordered" on Saturday? Please assist, helping a buddy out.

Hi:

Morning Paul

Line was still active with the previous ISP We logged a circuit release on 6/1 and placed an order

I see the ISP rejected the release request we will follow up with Vumatel to dispute and activate the clients line

Is that not mentioned on the ticket at all?

Nope, the only comment was an order was placed without all the details you just provided.

Thank you.
