I'm also still experiencing awful playback on many YT videos, though OpenServe in CPT. I had a look into it and the browser seems to be receiving video extremely slowly ( < 300 kbps ) from rr2---sn-jpn215-woce.googlevideo.com, on my side this resolves to 154.0.9.173, which apparently is owned by CISP.
The transfer rate from this host is so slow that the buffer just runs out continuously.

I get a download speed of about 400-500mbps on the same device from fast.com.

Could there be some issue with whatever CISP infra is in the way?
Depending on the content the cache will fetch it and serve it like a proxy but then keeps a copy of it. Which is typically Google capacity with that causes this.

Seems quite a spike in the last hour or so as well.

@PBCool any news from Vumatel on the supposed upgrade they were doing? I still have constant disconnects and just want to know when this is going to actually get fixed. https://prnt.sc/WBkW54qukoSm

You said that it would take around 6 weeks for this to be sorted and we are closing on 8 now.
I will follow up again and get status, apologies for the delays.

Thanks for the heads up @jannier. It looks like mine is finally sorted as well. Better late than never.

Seems that mine is still at 200 maybe by the end of the night it will be changed

I hope so, because support phoned me this afternoon and said, Vumatel says they will be doing the upgrades after hours. And they will check-in with me again in the morning. But around 17H40 mine got done.

Coreix looks fine here, from my PC linked to a Mikrotik.

Would filling the cache from the UK be an option?

I am guessing it would require a ton of international capacity to do.

I will log a ticket tomorrow when at my PC, where I can, once again, test from the ONT, not from the Mikrotik, and just pray that this ticket does not just disappear like the last one, with no help forthcoming, in spite of reporting it here.
