I'm also still experiencing awful playback on many YT videos, though OpenServe in CPT. I had a look into it and the browser seems to be receiving video extremely slowly ( < 300 kbps ) from rr2---sn-jpn215-woce.googlevideo.com, on my side this resolves to 154.0.9.173, which apparently is owned by CISP.
The transfer rate from this host is so slow that the buffer just runs out continuously.

I get a download speed of about 400-500mbps on the same device from fast.com.

Could there be some issue with whatever CISP infra is in the way?

Its google itself.

I just sent speedtests and mtr to Tshepo on ticket no. Cool 20230109-1104736, so will see if another script reply comes tomorrow.

You have quite a bit of loss to your router, are you testing with a cabled device?

Hey, sorry not at my pc right now. I see others that complained say it's working. Will take their word for it.
Do you know what the issue was? Same thing happened last night until about 10pm

If Congestion is an issue in PE on Vuma. Should Vuma look at increasing capacity? This was one of the reasons why I move from Froogfoot due to all the issues on their network and congestion/outages. So far this is my 2nd month on Vuma and to date was it worth the move

The Vumatel guys came out yesterday after almost 3 days, looked at the job for almost an hour scratching heads, then waited till it was late then said "This is going to take to long to finish today, we will come back first thing in the morning", lets just say it is now 10:30am and still nothing.
Please can you push somone at Vumatel on this?
