Tried to queen.crisp.co.za, wouldn’t run.

Sent MTR and speed tests from the ONT to Tshepo.

I do not know enough to argue, but local is 84/87 now and to Coreix is 14.7/80.0

Looks awfully like it did when Didata was under provisioned.

At peak times if you are constantly affected it's typically congestion on the FNO. You need to run the iperfs locally. Can you post your tests and results?

You also obviously need to do so during peak times.

CISP reverted the DiData changes, international transit is using their own capacity + cogent.
Packet loss on your line would cause international speeds to be slower than local speeds because of the increased latency, causing retransmits to be slower, etc.

The easiest way to see if there is loss on your line would be to run an iperf, but the JHB iperf servers are down, one of them is not routable even, which includes the speedtest server. :(

Upload:

iperf3 -u -b 90M -O2 -t 30 -p 17001 -c ter-cpt-iperf-1.cisp.co.za

the result looks like this if your line test clean.

Your forum post appeared 3 times. That usually happens with out of order and loss of packets on the last mile. You'll notice a struggle to post which is a problem on the uplink.

Could anyone experiencing the issue in the eastern cape please try running speedtests via the cloudflare warp VPN tool

Your results look a bit strange.
Did you use the iperf3 tool from this link?

Where are you located?
But it looks bad yes if you have a 200/200 line.
