I called to cancel my fibre line at the beginning of this month as I am moving home.
I then mentioned twice on a call that I still want to be a Cool Ideas customer and that I would like to setup a new connection to the home I am moving to, preferably on the 22nd if possible.
I have received no response for a new application. Does your team not want to keep a customer or something?
