Well color me impressed!

@CoolEscalator and @PBCool , Openserve install request logged on Thursday last week, Openserve Tech arrived today to confirm that all the infrastructure is working, updated and neatened some of the cabling, installed the ONT and I'm basically ready to switch over (just waiting for confirmation of which username and password I should be using on the Openserve PPoE).

You can actually give your frogfoot PPPoE details a go, if you want. Hopefully Openserve has done all the bits for full comissioning, if not then a PPPoE session will just do nothing at this point.
 
I see the Frogfoot ticket was resolved...

Back online, however getting massive ping spikes every 10 minutes or so ... Sunningdale, CT....

I want to change my line from frogfoot to openserve
I placed an order for an openserve line last week and put in my calender month notice to cancel my FF line.
Openserve is installing this morning, but FF will only be cancelled on the 31st, I wont be double billed for this right?

HI, our team has informed me that once the link is installed, it will be activated.
To avoid double billing, you could ask the techs to come back at a later date closer to the end of the month.
Are you able to confirm how you would like to proceed?

Thanks for confirming, I will arrange with Openserve to install the last week of Jan then. I assume it will be pro-rata.
 
Seems FrogFoot is down again in parklands, looks like yesterday COOL-20250106-2279636
