I downgraded and there is no fee. In the past there would be a R150 charge on Openserve but it was not active this time round

Ubiquiti management tool. Definitely not bad as my openserve vox combo

Sucks that I can't find a package to downgrade to that allows me to maintain my 100/100 that I have. They also sent price increase and now 150/150 is gonna cost 1.2k a month iirc.

I changed my mind and decided to rather stick with the 75/50, but it is after the 20th.
So for April it will be 150/75 and from May 75/50. There was no mention of any fees, but time will tell.

I see that the 100\100 will be falling away any idea why that speed falls away seeing that the increments are in 25 or 50 jumps ?

These are FNO decisions, and unfortunately I don't have an answer to the "why" factor, It could be that they are encouraging people to go for higher packages?

The first indication of a price increase was the April Fools invoice I received a short while ago from Cool Ideas.

Mails go to every customer with that product, drop me your account detail, and I can have a look for you. Mass mailers don't come from the same system so it wouldn't show up in your history there.
