Yeah I am getting no where and trying to get attention to fix my issue, thanks will do that

Yeah have emailed them multiple times have 4 tickets open spoke to the account manager and was told get back to me and still nothing. What suburb are you using them in? I have also heard how great they are ect but my end they have been terrible

I am in Blairgowrie, using them over VUMATEL.

I hope you do know that if there is something wrong with your fibre line, there is very little Cool Ideas can do to fix it, other than escalate it up through the fibre provider.

The billing issue, I think it may be best to send a PM to PBCool.

Otherwise, there is the cool ideas feedback thread.

It would help him a lot if you can share your ticket numbers with him

Cool Ideas billing is flipping HORRIBLE! I just sent a complaint email to them.

Why can they not get it right? it is so simple!

One month they double debited me - R799 (correct) and R999 (wrong) in one month. The support person was like, I really have no idea where this R999 came from on your account, someone just put it there. Which means that the amount you are billed is not tied to what product you have, it is arbitrary.

And despite multiple requests to debit me on the 2nd, they still cannot get that right.

Finally they got back to me and spoke to a lady named Karen and she was so rude to me issue is busy sorted now finally

Let's try keep it solution oriented, otherwise you will just become another Thor, and nobody wants that.

Cool Ideas today - sorry we are having problems with our debit order system and your debit order can only go off on the 30th

Something not adding up.

The debit order system relies on multiple systems and providers, we are working on the custom billing date which should be supported but it's currently giving us hassles. So for now we need to stick to the 30th to try avoid any more miss-debits, you can opt for payfast if you want to pay on a specific date.
