Yeah have emailed them multiple times have 4 tickets open spoke to the account manager and was told get back to me and still nothing. What suburb are you using them in? I have also heard how great they are ect but my end they have been terrible

Cool Ideas billing is flipping HORRIBLE! I just sent a complaint email to them.
Why can they not get it right? it is so simple!
One month they double debited me - R799 (correct) and R999 (wrong) in one month. The support person was like, I really have no idea where this R999 came from on your account, someone just put it there. Which means that the amount you are billed is not tied to what product you have, it is arbitrary.
And despite multiple requests to debit me on the 2nd, they still cannot get that right.
Almost thought you are a afrihost rep when I read that first sentance "Very sorry to hear this"
