Cop calls taxi driver “@sshole”

Bundling all taxi drivers into one category is really retarded - I know quite a lot of decent taxi operators ... these guys ferry more than 3.7 million passengers a day... You don't just go around lumping people into one category because of the actions of a few...

At the same time contribute at the very least about half of all fatal car accidents where innocent people die inside these death traps. I think I read somewhere they are involved in about 70 000 crashes a year. Let's assume 10 people in that taxi = 700 000 victims. It's not hard to assume that if you have a death toll count over a festive season that Taxis are responsible for the biggest chunk of those deaths.

But yes, let's just assume all taxi drivers obey the road rules why don't we.

Actually it is an offense to refuse instruction from an officer , should have locked him up on the spot and impounded the taxi .
Otherwise this can become the new defense in court , the cop called me mean names and that negates all my wrongdoing........

Folks I'm sorry, but this is exactly why we have lawlessness. Nobody would dare have this level of attitude with a pre 1994 cop. The driver should've been arrested right there for refusing to comply with the instruction from law-enforcement. This issue is going to go the way of race and identity politics, regrettably.
