I love CorelDRAW! Used it extensively when I worked in the screen-printing industry and still use it. Tried Illustrator, but only used it when had to work with .ai files. Eventually stopped using it and just asked client's to provide high res jpgs. Which I made positives with (using CorelDRAW).

I tend to jump between CorelDraw and Photoshop.

Each does something better than the other.

Yup i work in the same industry and corel is a legend :D.

I tried illustrator but it is far more complicated to do such simple tasks compared :D.

You can import AI files corel as well. I have it though as some people work in it.

Do yourself a massive favour and skip corel x4, it's buggy as hell and full of ****! Stay with x3 for now as its really stable, or else wait for X5.

I agree that corel x4 brings nothing new to the table really but it is not buggy and totally stable for me.

LOL, call me superstitious but I only go for the uneven numbered versions! So far it works well for me :)
