Some have been predicting this since they chased the experienced whites out to make Eskom representative of the people, their BEE flagship has sunk..

"Eskom 2.0", that is the solution. Eskom has already scraped past the iceberg. The question then, how does "Eskom 2.0" evade the derelict which is Eskom? Privatisation has always been an option, have Eskom compete.
