They already have services similar to that where you can receive only your own results. Just need access to a phone with SMS capability.

Hell by sharing this news I think you magically cured my mental health issues. I have suffered chronic depression and overwhelming insecurity each time I have to interact with an "authority". Police cannot write English or read for meaning, Municipal officials make up bylaws to avoid doing any work, listening to news of every organ of state failing. Sadly "communication range" is a fragile myth but I'm cured anyway and I will smile knowingly next time I have to deal with these people.

Yeah it's an interesting idea / theory. Someone should really do a study here I'm sure they could build on it.
