Striking in the streets wont help.

Please tell us why.
The NP made a grave error in thinking that communism was dead in the ANC. They shouldn't have negotiated with the ANC. They could have simply written up a new constitution that grants individual rights to everyone, severely limits the power of the state, makes all intentional racial and sexual discrimination illegal, federalises the functions of the state, and severely limits the ability of the state to interfere with business and vice versa. Then go to elections under said new constitution.

Provided the ANC wouldn't murder people participating in said elections, they would win. If they didn't want to participate in the first non-racial election, they instantly loose international recognition and another party (or parties) becomes the legitimate voice of the people. Either way, we wouldn't have the shyteshow we have in South Africa where you have a corrupt teacher pretending to be the minister of police telling private citizens they cannot own weapons for self defence whilst he runs around the country with his own police escort.

They would have just changed the constitution when they held a 2/3 majority to align with their values.

People get what they vote for. That's all there is to it. You can't vote vote a pile of schit and then cry about it stinking. That, and the electoral system fails to hold elected officials accountable by allow them to hide behind their party...

Take these commie cunts outside and put two bullets in the back of their heads. They are no better than the ANC.

The lunatics are revolting against the asylum.... which they are running
Exactly and reminds me of that old, old joke. Don't like the movie in a drive in theatre so you slash the seats. I suppose the modern equivalent would be that you don't like the movie on Netflix so you slash the seats.

I don't think they would ever be able to get a majority. Proportional representation systems pretty much always result in coalitions.

The ANC got their majority of black votes by murdering and intimidating all other black political orgs that were not aligned to them. This is well documented in the People's War. The tactic only worked once the NP started negotiations with the ANC. Had they just announced elections and left the negotiations till after the electoral result, the vote for the ANC would have been split over various other parties.

Fokkem both -

Its an internal matter - put the striking workers and the ANC together in a paddock and let them sort it out.
Leave the rest out of it.

They seem to be completely oblivious to the central role COSATO played in causing the problems facing our country's economy.
Maybe they need to study up on economics. Then the way they've related to it over the last 30 years or so.

Prime example: They brought Zuma to power. COSATU supported him all the way. Those years are now called "a lost decade". But it's more than that. Zuma's campaign of economic destruction started almost a decade before he even became president. And COSATU helped him all the way. Our country was rocketing ahead. With the admiration and assistance of the entire world right up to that point.
Another: How many factories, mines and businesses have fled the country thanks directly to COSATU's negative impact on the economy?

Truly when COSATU says "this" economy does not benefit workers. Then they are actually saying "their" economy does not benefit workers. They made this economy what it is.

Eikona wena...

Do we need any more evidence that the leadership of COSATU are a bunch of fscking retards.
You are wrong, we never never needed any evidence, it was self evident.

For the others, there will never be enough. ;)
