If the plan is a higher price than the "special" price then they are breaking their credit card agreement.

If the card charges form part of their costs they can add it to all their goods. However they may not offer discounts for cash or EFT.

In this instance the site is running without offering that option, for all items. I see no problem with that.

Serious nitpicking MyBB style going on here.

Compared to the conduct of many other retailers, not accepting CC during a special is hardly a "transgression" worth mentioning.

you can offer discounts for cash, eft or live chickens if you want.
what you can't do is add a surcharge for credit card payments.

just a quick question? the listed prices? are they at cost? or will the cost price only be calculated after i made an order?

Esquire did the same with credit card payments for their big sale a month or so ago, and there wasn't an equal flame?
