That depends, what sort of signal strength are you working with, and also, how many meters of triple channel RAM are we using?

It sounds like the exchange might be the bottleneck. You should contact your ISP or Telkom directly with SNR information / log a fault because what you posted is not normal for ADSL or VDSL AFAIK

Yoh, that SNR is bad hey, no wonder you have frequent drops.... I would suggest dropping the line back to 4Mbps.

Guys my apologies, i re-did the numbers and you are right. is was supposed to be 15 and 17 kbps,
