Applicant to provide the following:
1. The correct building lines in terms of SR 1 of the DMS.
2. The linear calculations.
3. The dimensions of all buildings (new & existing) within 3,0m from the common boundaries after the 12,0m.
So all this relates back to the by-laws which sate the table below, my question is this, what does" 0,0 m (12,0 m from street and 60%) and 3,0 m rest" mean? Can somebody please clarify.
