Couple arrested for 'having sex on Ferris wheel' at amusement park

Four witnesses told police they saw a couple having sexual intercourse on the Giant Wheel at the Cedar Point amusement park in Ohio. The witnesses included two juveniles who were in gondola cart just below the couple.

The couple at first denied the allegations. Johnston, 32, of Dayton, reportedly told cops that she was wearing shorts under her dress and dropped a cigarette pack. She said David, 24, from Florida, was helping her to pick it back up.

However, the two later soon admitted to engaging in sexual intercourse.

Davis and Johnston were arrested and taken to the Erie County Police Department.

They have each been charged with a first-degree misdemeanor because they engaged in their activity in front of minors. They appeared at Sandusky Municipal Court on Monday.

Lol, technically doing it “in front” of minors means they will have to be placed on the sex offender list and will be obligated to disclose that fact to employees etc and not come within a certain distance of parks and schools.
