Hitler would love to see this, feels almost like 1936,
now Malema needs a salute like the Nazis, and train his guys to Goosestep like Professionals.

and then, fun times, especially if the ANC learns some tactics from them.

Don't worry they won't work as hard as the nazis. 4pm they'll go home.

How would he take over government if he doesn't even manage 15% of the vote?

Won't they use this now as an opportunity to sing it wherever they go, continuing to stir up hatred among the dumb. The court basically approved of hate speech or whatever the PC term is these days.

I want to declare that this song is part of our Afrikaans cultural heritage.

Bobbejaan klim die berg
Bobbejaan klim die berg
Bobbejaan klim die berg
So haastig en so lastig
Bobbejaan klim die berg
So haastig en so lastig
Bobbejaan klim die berg
Om vir Lollos te vererg
Hoera vir die jollie bobbejaan

You and your family stand alone and is part of the problem. You are not much better if you want to bend down to the same level as the racist politicians, to stir trouble and hatred.

Disgusting.

But who prevents you from singing it?

Or are you insinuating something?

I am wondering if a court is going to defend it if you were to sing it today, it's after all a song that children were taught and University students sang. It has no political connotation whatsoever.

As an aside, how do the savages who believe this is ok, plan on feeding themselves and their families when all the farmers have been murdered?

Will government feed them? I mean, let's be fair, the ANC can't even pay their staff, nevermind feed them. Where will the food come from? Cuba?

The judgement can be used by anyone as precedence for any type of assertion of freedom of speech.

Problem is that freedom of speech is used to justify alternative facts and that type of BS across the spectrum.

Anyways I heard that taking IVM makes you feel better about the induced stress.

Maybe it's that anything these days can be construed as racist, remember the woman that asked for a 'mandjie' that made headlines.
It made headlines because media...

If the song isn't banned and people have been singing it until now, I don't see why it'd be an issue going forward. Unless Nico has other ideas of course.
