Court documents reveal Facebook has been spying on Snapchat, YouTube and Amazon

So what is it they wanted? What data do these analytics contain? And what is the purpose of it?
Meta wanted analytics data that showed how the users were using the apps, so they could use that data to get an edge on them by copying features etc. They weren't actually getting any more data analytics than what the app owners themselves were getting, just that Meta was "stealing" the data in a man in the middle heist.
