Malema is a product of not being spanked enough.
Maybe if he had been he'd have some respect for himself and others.
Also explains his craving for expensive schitt that's way above his stature.

Thanks for nothing Freedom of Religion South Africa, you messed it up for everyone because you wanted to defend the actions of that guy that went too far.

I was always pro smacking kids, until my own kid was born.

Never felt the need for it. He is almost 6. He has been naughty like all boys, but nothing crazy, that hasn't been easily managed.

His school has glowing reports about him and other parents remark on how well behaved and polite he is. So, so far, so good.

WTF.

All the more reason to leave this country.
Won't tell me how to raise my children.

Good, this is basic equality of the law being applied constantly.

You don't have a right to smack your wife or anyone else, why should you have a right to smack your children?

What do mothers love and children hate?

A spanking!

Good, no special treatment for gender based violence either, all violence must be treated to the same, I like it:thumbsup:.

yeah and we can see this generation of up and coming stable, emotionally secure children that are gonna rule the world is just what it needs...

there will soon be no more rules, because anything you tell anyone will be an attack on their right to choose their own way.

Firstly, I am more talking about natural rights than legal rights.

You don't have a right to enter my home, thus, if you want to enter my home, you need permission (ask for it).
You have the right to freedom of movement, thus you do not need my permission to drive outside my house.

Getting snot-klapped in an MMA fight isn't assault because although you have the right not to get assaulted, you implicitly gave permission to the other person to hit you when you agreed to a fight.
