Considering all the inoculations I got as a child - it's amazing I didn't get a single one of those viruses my whole life... Crazy hey? :p

I'd be open to receiving this. But not going to be the first person in line though. Awaiting some side-effect journals first.

So what is it actually, a combo of the last 3 years top flu viruses maybe?
And then they/media were saying but it doesn't work so well on old people and it is the old people that die of covid..
So I think I will wait and see..

Well goes to show when the medical companies actually coordinate with urgency what they could achieve. I don't think corners were cut, rather that their operating efficiency improved dramatically because of the focus that this had.

Not that I'm doubting what has been done in the past as them being lazy, I just think that they dropped everything else in favour of getting this vaccine out wherever they could.

Sucks for the people relying on the yearly flu and MMR vaccines (because those have been running out).

Vaccine is suitable for older people and at-risk individuals. It is not necessary for us.
Health Workers, the elderly, students, teachers, retail workers, airline workers, taxi and bus drivers get the vaccine would probably make Covid transmission really rare

I agree, its really an amazing time we live in that we could go from 0-vaccine in such a short time.
Those scientists involved should be given a Nobel. Never mind such high efficacy, its blown the estimations out of the water. How many people can add to their CV "Part of the team that created COVID-19 vaccine for mankind"

The same people that manufactured it in the lab maybe? Possibly? Likely?

Nope, it was just probability in nature. There are many others that could jump to humans and cause a global catastrophe and put humanity at risk like this. But they generally do not - except 1 did.

That's the thing about it though.
You just don't know.
Check online. Multiple reputable sources have been saying it throughout the year.
There's no denying that the VID 'could' be man-made.

I did think so too in the beginning. But a lot of research started coming out proving otherwise.
There are some interesting points - the one for me being that the virus, a coronavirus, jumped to humans in a city with China's biggest Coronavirus research lab. But, they debunked that apparently.

It's up to speculation.
My mind isn't geared towards it being natural. Since so many aspects of the VID is unnatural.

Edit: geared, spelling.

NatGeo has a documentary series starting soon on the people finding and trying to understand and prevent Pandemics. It’s called VirusHunters. Looks very interesting
