I get them all the time, I was told its a lack of salt, not sure if that is true.

I don't eat salt at all unless I cannot avoid it and I don't get cramps.

I think you should maybe stretch your feet every night before bed.

I get those when i havnt had water all day long.I do think it has something to do with lack of salts that causes cramps.Go buy some generic taurine pills @ DIschem - they work like a bomb.

Thanks for the tip, will try them.

I guess thre doc it is then. I take mineral and herbal supplements daily, and adequate water intake. My concern is that it could be related to my neck injury.

i would put it down to sitting all day so lack of circulation, maybe try running a little or even just walking for 30 minutes.

I was getting cramps + no feelings in my big toe and ya, bit of running and it sorted it out

details brah... "mineral and herbal supplements" is kinda vague. how much Mg, K, Ca, Na. just because you're taking doesn't mean you're taking enough. But a doc visit might still be the best course.

Best go to a gynecologist and get a pap smear done as well.

both me feet start to cramp

Do you get a general weakening of the knees? Perhaps also a general feeling of weariness/heaviness, symptoms can be quite severe... any cases where you have battled to articulate sentences? These symptoms can include hard protuberances on the back

No, not really. Sometimes just severe muscle spasm in my back, but that comes and goes.

I still think you need to go to church and ask forgiveness for your sins. In the form of donating money. The more you donate, the less pain you feel.

Do it. You know it's the right thing to do.
