I still think you need to go to church and ask forgiveness for your sins. In the form of donating money. The more you donate, the less pain you feel.

Do it. You know it's the right thing to do.

So I guess I can expect a PM from you with your "Church's" banking details then? While I am praying, I will make sure to ask that your sins are forgiven, that your eyes open and that you may see the light. It's never too late you know.

With all my love. :)

Here, have a look for yourself.

22And so sayeth God- All ye that doth sin, ye shall experience cramps in your feet that will lead to much gnashing of teeth. 23Give thy tithe and thy shalt be spared the wrath of the lamb.

-Jeremiah 15:22-23

Jeremiah ends in vs 21

“I will save you from the hands of the wicked
and deliver you from the grasp of the cruel.”

Quite apt!!

Have a blessed weekend.

I had the same problem. In my case it was the water pills that I were using. They were to strong.

Also heard this but it sounds like an old wife's tale. I eat lost of salt.

get a calcium supplement and go get xrays/see a doc if it persists after 3 days.
b-cal-d containing are good as the others help with the calcium absorbtion

Many things can cause cramps so there is no easy solution.

I've noticed I get them from dehydration. The ones in the calves that wake you up are the evilest.

I'm not sure what bible you're reading, but it must be the 1984 or later translation. The devil had a hand in those translations and certain very important verses were omitted, such as among others Jeremiah 15:22-23.

Repent and burn whichever bible you're using! It is of the devil's making!

Especially when they're so severe that they're still sore the next day. I used to get them every few nights when I was in school. It was terrible.

I don't know who is currently sponsoring health advice, but last I checked salt is on the bad list.

Flat feet? Try insoles and see if it improves.

Then go see a podiatrist.

I don't eat salt at all unless I cannot avoid it and I don't get cramps.
People need different amounts of sodium chloride for good health.

I don't know who is currently sponsoring health advice, but last I checked salt is on the bad list.
You'd die without it. Advising everyone to use as little as possible is turning out to be dangerously bad advice.

I was getting cramps + no feelings in my big toe and ya, bit of running and it sorted it out
I get that from running.

Yep i see this a lot in some of my patients in the pharmacy Drink More water and get a magnesium supplement. But first get your electrolyte levels up by taking some hydration solution like rehydrate 2x daily for 5 days at least.
