Rule Changes wrt team changes..:
Before start of Round-robin..........................22-Sep-2009 12:30 GMT............................Unlimited
Round-robin..........................................22-Sep-2009 12:30 GMT to 01-Oct-2009 00:00 GMT...12
In Between Round-robin and Semi-finals and Final.....01-Oct-2009 00:00 GMT to 02-Oct-2009 12:30 GMT...Unlimited
Semi-finals and Final................................02-Oct-2009 12:30 GMT to 06-Oct-2009 00:00 GMT...4

This means prior to semifinals you can rework entire team Note the number changes during the tornament is 12 and 4(for semis + final)
Link below is for times per game.. you can change teams per game(instead of day) BUT with 12 only.. you not gong to be doing it too often.

Its quite hard to make a goodish team and the cheapest players are like 70000..
