I read and reread the article you posted and could not find the confirmation of your assertion. Please could you point it out?

Further to this let's not, again, confuse test cricket and ODIs.

It's a vision I had. :)

He's in the Test squad, next step, he becomes captain.

Only just. As long as Smith is fit Botha will not Captain SA...

Personally I think he is going to get smacked all over Eden Park. Indians love spin. They live to play spin bowling.

It's Steyn and Morkel that are going to scare the bjesus out of them...

Last time they were here, I clearly remember Tendulkar playing out quite a few maidens against Harris of all people. ;)

Over there we'll see flat wickets, so everyone will be klapped.

You probably not wrong. Quite an unforgiving environment for bowlers to ply their trade..

Think morkel might be a pain for idia as he gets some nice bounce and very few indians like playing the pull or hook shot if the ball bounces steapishly.

As for harris: in his current form he will get smacked but if he can regain some form he will be one of our best on this tour of india.

I am also expecting Duminy to bowl a lot more (ffs no idea why this has not been done a long time ago in ODIs and Tests ).

Problem is on the sub continent Morkels short balls will tamely come at the batsman at about crotch height!!! Schewag will pull and hook those all day long....

EDIT: Dale needs to discover his swinging yorker on this tour and Morkel line and length as usual is imperative. Also the slower ball!!! A must have!!!!

Morkel will not bowl short in order to get bounce. I am talking about his natural steap bounce he extracts.

And if steyn gets some reverse going we might see some nice pace bowling rip the indians :D
