Yes most of them, Ntini and Amla I say will be touch and go, but im biased toward Amla.
The others like Zondeki, Ill say is a 80 20 split, 80% because of race 20% skill.

There have been cases of players being put into the team because of race (Like the Rudolph / Ontong story, Nel / can't remember the name now).
But the ones (of colour) in there now deserve their places.

Jury is out on Zondeki though, there are better bowlers, but he had a decent season.

The bowler issue is a problem for SA, we don't have really good consistent bowlers period or is it? If you look at what happen in the past teams use to just stick to their bowler and by law of avg's and experience thngs would balance out. Why is it that they are quick to chop and change bowlers but not so much batsmen?

There is no place for politics in sport. Wanna know why the Aussies are so good? They choose on merit and no one is indispensable.

Australia is good because they've poured billions into their team sports...South Africa on the other hand relies on talented individuals for glory like the swimmers and golfers.

In South Africa, politics defined sport the day an English cricketer was denied the opportunity to tour his homeland due to government interference.

The aim for cricket, in the context of this conversation, is to retain as many talented youngsters in the system through incentives like athletic scholarships. Where they can get the best coaching and develop their talent further.

I get pissed off when I see overseas teams going into the townships for a "coaching clinic" which in all likelihood is superficial and all for show.

And in today's Cape Times, Gerald Majola DENIES everything.
The Aussie media misquoted him.

Quotas are here to stay.
